About ADDO Springfield
Our Springfield facility has been open since 2013 and offers cage-free dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and kenneling services. Our spacious facility has three daycare rooms; small, medium, and large. Your precious furry friend will always play with dogs similar in size.
Before your dog can stay at any of our facilities for daycare and boarding, your dog must pass our introduction evaluation. You will also need to bring in a copy of your dog’s vaccinations and completed mandatory A Dog’s Day Out forms. Your dog must also be up-to-date on their annual Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccinations. We can’t wait to meet your awesome dog!

FULL-SERVICE GROOMING
Grooming is by appointment only. Spa package pricing is based upon breed, condition, effort, and frequency that your dog is groomed. As a bonus, ADDO offers up to three hours of FREE daycare before your dog’s spa if they have passed our evaluation.

Schedule an appointment for your dog to be washed, conditioned, dried, and pampered by our professional groomer.
If the dog requires a brush out before and after the bath to remove knots, a brush out fee will be added to the base price. Full-service dog wash pricing varies by weight of dog and by breeds with multiple layers of hair.
SELF-SERVE DOG WASH - $10
We have large dog tubs that you can use to wash your own dog. No appointment is necessary, however, please arrive at least an hour before we close so you have enough time to wash your dog thoroughly. We provide quality shampoos and conditioners in addition to towels to dry your dog. Best part, you can leave the clean-up to us!
Dogs are kept in our large kennels where they can move around comfortably as well as stand up. They also have their own elevated dog bed. Dogs are never kept in tiny, cramped crates.

This first step is to complete our online forms (Pet Profile, Owner Agreement, & Emergency Care) by clicking here.
Once you’ve submitted our online forms, you can bring your dog Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm to be evaluated by a knowledgeable, dog-loving staff member. The process takes up to 20 minutes, only costs $20 per dog, and there is no appointment needed. We do not perform evaluations during peak times as well as the days around peak times. Your dog must pass our evaluation to stay for daycare and boarding, however, your dog does not need to pass our evaluation for our grooming services at our Springfield location.
You must present proper/current documentation regarding your dog’s vaccinations at time of evaluation. If a puppy, your dog must complete the initial three rounds of booster vaccinations. It must be a full 48 hours after a shot or booster to be evaluated or attend daycare/boarding. Please be aware that your dog must be older than three months; current on Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccinations; and spayed or neutered if your dog is seven months or older.
