We have been clients of ADDO since 2017, and are on our 4th and 5th dog attending day care there. Chas (the owner) is the nicest and most caring human being, and cares for each of the dogs like they are his own. He is very hands on and is frequently there when I drop off or pick up. He ensures that everyone plays safely and responsibly, that all dogs are properly immunized, and that each dog is assessed prior to acceptance to the program to confirm their temperament with other dogs. I know this because the first dog I tried to enroll there years ago was eventually "expelled" for playing too rough...not all dogs have the behavior and personality to thrive in this kind of environment. When we acquired new dogs we tried again...they were welcomed in, and had many many happy days playing with their friends! Those dogs have since passed, and we now have two new large breed dogs that have so much fun there. I am so grateful to have a place where I can confidently leave them so they can run and play, and burn off their energy. Can't recommend Chas and his staff enough!

Our dog is 7 months old and loves going there! When we arrive, she jumps out of the car and runs to door and can’t wait to get inside to play with her friends! The staff is very friendly, patient, knows her name and always greets her with a smile! She had her first “sleep over” and came home happy, but a little tired! The facility is very clean! Thank you!

We have sent our dog to ADDO for over a year, and she loves it! She knows exactly where we are when we drive up and can't wait to go in. The staff are very pleasant and know my dog almost as well as I do! For example, if something seems off with her, they go out of their way to let me know. In addition to regularly using their daycare service, we have boarded our dog twice and will definitely do so again the next time we need it.
I once met a fellow customer while we were waiting to pick up our dogs who said this was the only place that she felt comfortable boarding her dog. Every other place she tried, she came back to a scared, injured dog. But at ADDO, her dog was super happy at pick-up. I have had the same positive experience, not just with boarding, but with daily care as well. I highly recommend A Dog's Day Out!

I've been taking my dogs to Vienna's Dog's Day Out location for more than 7 years. They have always treated my dogs well (who are so excited when they realize we're pulling into ADDO) and my dogs have been well cared for and happy. I trust them completely for day time visits and boarding. I highly recommend them.

Great service and friendly staff that care about our pets. They are always willing to take in our dog if something unexpected comes up. I also love how you can bring your pet there any day of the week without an appointment for a day at doggie daycare! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and loving option for your dogs daycare needs.
Love all of the staff at the facility - our pups love it there. I feel safe leaving my dogs there. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Love that my dog is always in good care. Love that there is always a dog to play with but there are separate rooms for small, medium and large dogs. The price is great.

ADDO is great and we've only had positive experiences. We love that pick up and drop off are really quick at ADDO and that reservations are not required. The ability to buy a lot of days and not have them expire is great too!

They do a fantastic job! Friendliness of staff is great, security and facility are top notch, the place is very clean, and I love that they have a groomer on site. I never worry about Coco staying there and being well cared for.
